Pat Robertson…..False Prophecy About The Election

14 Then the Lord said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.
This post will not have alot of drawn out commentary as the video itself speaks volumes alone. I saw this video on a page this morning on FaceBook on someone else’s page and so many thoughts began to run through my mind as I replayed it over and over. One word came to mind after I saw this, and that word was ACCOUNTABILITY!
The definition that I like best is from Merriam Webster’s dictionary which states: to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions. This word is so loosely used from leadership across American pulpits as it relates to those in the pews always having a responsibility to “report” to those “who rule over them”. However, when the roles are reversed, it is very seldomly seen that a leader will hold up to their end of the bargain.
After viewing this video, I am asking you Pat Robertson to PUBLICALLY apologize to American Christians and non-Christians for LYING ON GOD! A time has come sir, that we are going to hold you accountable for your ACTIONS. You said the LORD told you that Mitt Romney would win. Unless you are serving another Lord that we are not aware of, you made an outright lie on God, and whether you realize it or not because by this deed thou hast given great occasion to the enemies of the LORD to blaspheme (2 Samuel 12:14). I ask you in love and in the name of the Lord in whom you lied on, to correct this wrong.
As a public figure of “Christianity” you have a platform and a voice that people hear and believe. You are responsible to those same people Mr Robertson, once you lie on God on a national platform, to offer your apology on a national platform as well!
